These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OkDebit mobile app and website (together, the "Service"), operated by OkDebit ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use OkDebit.
OkDebit lets you create, send, and track invoices, manage clients, catalog items, and record payments for your own business. Some features (such as higher usage limits) are available only as part of the paid "OkDebit Pro" subscription.
You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use OkDebit, and you must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of the data you enter into OkDebit (your business details, client records, invoices, and payments — "Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for:

When you share an invoice, OkDebit creates a link that anyone with the URL can open, without needing an account. You are responsible for sharing invoice links only with their intended recipient and for revoking access (by deleting the invoice) if a link is no longer needed.
OkDebit Pro is billed and processed by Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS), not by us directly. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand, through your Google Play or Apple account settings. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation are governed by the applicable store's terms. Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple according to their own policies — we do not process payments or issue refunds ourselves.
OkDebit, its logo, and the app's software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding except as needed to use the Service as intended.
You may stop using OkDebit at any time, and you may request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the Service (or parts of it) with reasonable notice where practical.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that invoices generated through it will satisfy every legal or tax requirement applicable to your business — you remain responsible for that.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OkDebit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll provide additional notice (such as an in-app notification). Continuing to use OkDebit after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
